If so, this is the place for you. Join Yellowbird in an intentional, creative, and playful space that is truly interdisciplinary. We will be offering an opportunity to embody and build resonance with this part through a gentle and guided process including mask making, adornment, painting, writing, embodiment, and ritual. All of these threads will weave together to flesh out and breathe life into parts of ourselves that we will explore in this retreat.
